According to the London daily Elaph, after returning from Abu Dhabi, where she appeared as a guest at the ‘Middle Eastern Cinema Festival,’ Egyptian actress Nelly Kareem resumed filming her role in the new film “Ihna Itabilna Abli Kida” (We Met Before) in ‘Egypt Studio,’ managed by director Hisham Al Shafi’ie.
Nelly spent two days at the Festival in order to continue filming the movie, which they began back in August. She says that they took a break from filming during the holy month of Ramadan and that this is her first movie since the birth of her daughter Silya.
The film is about a woman who faces adultery. The movie discusses how women should react when they discover their partner is cheating. There are different viewpoints presented, those who forgive their husbands and those who take revenge.
The film is written by Nadine Shams. Nelly said that she fell in love with the script for its romantic style.
