Egyptian actor Noor Al Sherif has sent his regrets to Syrian director Najdat Anzur for being unable to perform in the latter’s TV series on Salah Eddin Al Ayoubi, the liberator of Jerusalem, according to the UAE daily Al Bayan .
Sherif said technical reasons as well the timetable for shooting the series kept him from taking part, since the series would coincide with shooting another project with Egyptian TV.
The Egyptian series is scripted by Mustafa Muharram, who also directed Sherif’s famed series Lan Aesha Fi Jilbab Abi (I Won’t Live in My Dad’s Clothes) a few years ago - Albawaba.com
