Lebanese singer Ragheb Alama’s most recent act of humanitarianism was a concert he held in Tunisia, for which the proceeds went directly to a home for the elderly in the city of Bassouseh.
The concert was a success and witnessed large crowds of people who sang right along with him. The singer also visited the home during his stay, and handed out gifts to the residents.
Ragheb is well known for his work with different charities, reaching out to people and performing numerous concerts.
This year Ragheb will spend the Eid El Fitr holiday in Jordan, where he will hold a concert.
After the tremendous success of Ragheb’s latest music videos, "Nasini El Dinia" (Make Me Forget the World) and "Al Hub Al Kabeer" (The Greatest Love), he has decided to film a third clip from the same album.
The clip will be for the song "Tigheeb An Aini" (You Leave My Sight), under the direction of Wasim Sameera, marking their third cooperation.
After a history of disputes, another has erupted between Ragheb and Muhsin Jaber, owner of production company ‘Alam El Phan.’
According to the contract between the two, Muhsin was required to finance the filming of Ragheb’s last music video "Al Hubb Al Kibeer.’ However, Alam El Phan refused to film the clip, leading Ragheb to finance the clip on his own.
The clip, filmed in Malaysia, was distributed exclusively to two music channels, Melody and Future TV.
