Rania Al Kurdi heads to Egypt for her first film’s premier
Jordanian singer/actress Rania Al Kurdi has left for Egypt to attend the premier of her first film, “The Seventh Sense” on June 20, 2005.
The actress will engage in a promotional campaign for the film, which will be officially launched on June 22 around cinema houses in Cairo.
The film is about a shy kung fu player who discovers that he has a seventh sense, granting him the ability to read his competitors’ minds. Of course he begins using his newfound skill outside of kung fu fighting, which inevitably leads to trouble.
The film is an action packed comedy, starring Rania alongside Egyptian actor Ahmad Fishawi.
Rania is confident that “Al Hasa Al Sab’a” (The Seventh Sense) will be a great success.
Rania gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Sharif Rayan, on April 14, 2005 at a private hospital in Amman Jordan. The singer and her husband were overjoyed with the new member of their family.
