Not foreign from the controversial spotlight, Rania Yousif is letting any negative criticism roll off her back after her unique wardrobe choice during the recent peace celebrations held in Ghardaqa, Egypt.
The dress she wore resembling the Egyptian flag was meant to send out a message of peace, the starlet stated. She thought it a fitting occasion to wear such a garment.
According to the Middle East news portal Elaph, the dress was specially designed for the recently remarried star by fashion designer Majida Dagher. Rania said that Majida was very impressed with the idea of the dress and had it made for her in 48 hours.
After pictures of her at the event circulated the web, the feedback she received was very mixed. While some could appreciate her attempt at patriotism, still others found it highly distasteful.
Outside of keeping her busy showing her support of peace in Egypt, the actress is preparing for a new film, but has yet to decide on a Ramadan drama to star in.
