Lebanese singer Rida Boutrus will release her upcoming album in the coming days under the direction of ‘FB Music Production,’ owned by Faten Barazi, and the same company that produces music for Lebanese singer Katia Harb. The album will mark Rida’s comeback to the scenes.
She postponed the release of the album for some time due to the political climate in Lebanon, after the tragic assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafiq Al Hariri.
According to the London based Elaph, music television channels have begun airing Rida’s latest music video directed by Waleed Nasif.
In the clip, Rida joins the new trend for music videos by dressing provocatively and dancing in a seductive manner.
Rida stated that every era has its own style, and if she wants to compete with new rising singers she must go with the flow.
Rida publicly announced her separation from the production company ‘Three Music,’ ending a five year contract.
Rida explained that the separation was amenable, and that she still is on good terms with owner Nasr Mahrous.
