The Rotary Club awards Laila Elwi

The president of the “Sporting Rotary Club” Hiba Kabel awarded the famous Egyptian actress Laila Elwi and the director Muhammad Ali for their television drama series “Majnoon Laila” (Obsessed with Laila).

There were a number of VIPs that attended the award ceremony and an open discussion was held wwith Elwi in which she talked about her television drama series. She talked about kids who are handicapped and how working with them is different than working with others.

According to the London daily Elaph, Elwi also talked about the differences between her performances in the series “Majnoon Laila” and the other series “Hala Wel Mistakhabi” (Hala and the Unknown).
