Celebrated Egyptian actor Said Saleh is rehearsing intensively for his role in the play Alo Ya Ard (Hello Land), written by Nabil Badran and costarring Tareq Addasouki and a group of young actors, according to the Qatari daily Al Rayah.
The play will be staged in the second half of next July and will mark the return of Saleh to the theater after the crises he faced during his stay in prison.
Saleh has performed in a number of plays that were acclaimed by large audiences in the Arab world, including Madrasat Almushaghibin (Rioters’ School), Al Eyal Kibret (Kids Have Grown Up), and Hello Shalabi -- Albawaba.com
