Samira Said losses 5kgs after her visit to Paris
Moroccan renowned singer Samira Said has recently recovered from a food positioning she got following a sea food meal she had during her visit to Paris, according to the Egyptian Al Akhbar newspaper.
The singer faced a severe exhaustion after she got back to Cairo last week, most probably to be the affect of a food poisoning she had following a meal of lobsters and snails she ate in Paris.
The newspaper said that the singer has lost 5 kgs in a few days, and is trying to get them back after recovering.
For the first time in her singing career, Said surprised all fans in her latest album singing a duet with Algerian Rai singer Cheb Mami. "Yawm Wara Yawm" (Day After Day) head song, is competing in all the top charts in Europe and the US, after its huge success in the Arab world.
Born and raised in Rabat, Morocco, Said began singing at an early age. She was known for her early appearance in 'Mawaheb' (Talents) TV program, dedicated to children's talents. She showed a gifted, sensitive, and a beautiful voice.
Samira is still considered one of the top female singers in the Arabic world, totally dedicating herself to her career, and always looking for new aspects and new subjects to enrich her career. –Albawaba.com
