Egyptian director Khairi Bshara has nominated the actress Sharihan to star in his new film Raqs Al Rih (The Dance of the Wind) written by Yehia Azmi, according to the Qatari daily Al Raya.
Sharihan has declared her readiness to start filming immediately, and expressed admiration for Azmi’s story.
The director, the writer and the actress have worked together before on the film Al Tawq Wal Iswera (Necklace and Bracelet).
Sharihan long ago finished shooting the film Al Eshq Wal Dam (Love and Blood), directed by the late Ashraf Fahmi, but it has not been screened yet. Her latest film was Araq Al Balah (The Sweat of the Dates).
At present, the actress is filming Fawazir Ramadan (Competitions of Ramadan) produced by the Egyptian TV station – Albawaba.com
