Business manager of prominent Egyptian actress Sharihan, Jamal Anwar, has revealed that the actress has begun to think about returning to the spotlights and is currently reading a number of scripts for different works. The scripts are of television dramas and films that Sharihan was nominated for, reported the daily newspaper Al Watan.

One of the scripts that attracted Sharihan the most was a historical television drama that revolves around the life of one of the most notified late poets ‘Al Khansa’. The drama is written by Ashraf Shitawi, but no definite answer has been given from the actress on whether she will accept the role or not.

Sharihan recently returned from Paris after undergoing cancer treatment, performed by the same French medical team that performed her surgery two years ago.

She is recovering, but is still homebound. Sharihan's business manager revealed that the actor’s health has been improving, and she has been able to lead a normal life.

She has reached a point in her recovery that has allowed her to dismiss the medical team that had been accompanying her since her surgery, and is waiting for her doctors to give her the green light to return to work, he reported.
