According to the London daily Elaph, the Egyptian actress Somayah Al Khashab decided to postpone filming the new television drama series “Sooq Al Bashar” (People’s Market) until the end of this year. The new series will be aired on television during the 2011 Ramadan season.
The script has not been completed and the director Ahmad Shafiq is busy filming another drama series called “Qadyet Safyeh” with the Egyptian actress May Iz Al Deen.
Somayah decided to focus on her singing in the meantime and has made agreements to host a number of musical performances this upcoming summer season. She is also working on releasing a new music album. during the short period to come.
