Stars compete to play the role of Suzan Tamim

According to a report published in an Egyptian newspaper several female movie stars are competing to play the role of the late Lebanese artist Suzan Tamim in a few different films about her life story.
The young Egyptian actress Mina Shalabi has been nominated to star in one of the films, “Qitah Wa Arbait Thiab” (A Cat And Four Wolves).
Another fillm called “Afrit Suzan” (Suzan’s Devil) depicts Suzan and her relationship with the famous Egyptian businessman Hisham Talat Mustafa. There are more than one artist nominated to star the second film, like Lebanese artists Nicole Saba and Rula Saed.
Artists nominated to star in the third film, produced by an Arab satellite channel, are Lebanese artists Nawal Al Zoghbi and Pascal Mishalani.
The Moroccan singer Samira Said declined an offer to play the role of Suzan Tamim. Samira said that when she decides to begin acting, she wants the film to be a musical film about social issues, not about a specific personality.
