Suad Hosni to Appear in First Egyptian Broadcast of ‘Al Nawares’

Egyptian director Mohammed Mishaal has given the Egyptian Broadcasting Corporation a TV series, Al Nawares (Seagulls), to be broadcast next Wednesday. Starring in the series are Suad Hosni, Noor Al Sharif, Zuzu Nabil, Fuad Ahmed, Mervat Al Jundi, and Farouq Najeeb, according the Egyptian daily Al Ahram. 

Abdel Rahman Mohsen wrote the script for the series, which has never before been broadcast.  

The Drama Planning Committee says the series’ storyline is to a great extent consistent with the tragic incident that led to the death of the late actress Hosni. 

“The journey has been long and is still going on? The sound of the seagulls on the shores is reverberating. Is this an omen of a meeting or a farewell?”
