The young Egyptian superstar Tamer Husni made amends with the famous Egyptian singer Muhammad Munir at a wedding last week. Tamer wanted to shake Munir’s hand publicly to put a stop to circulating rumors that the two were not speaking.
The problems started in August when Munir invited Tamer to attend a concert. Tamer was shocked when Munir made a point in saying that he joined the Egyptian military as soon as he was drafted, as the audience began cheering for Munir.
Tamir was charged with trying to evade mandatory military service in Egypt last year.
