Tamer Husni joins commercial stars

Egyptian singer Tamer Husni has agreed to make his first television commercial for a soft drink company for 750 thousand US dollars.

 

It has been rumored that the soft drink company is the same company that featured Lebanese singers Nawal Al Zoughbi, Alissa, and Egyptian singer Amr Diab in their advertisements.

 

According to the London based weekly, Laha, Tamer will begin shooting the commercial in the coming days so that it can be aired at the beginning of the New Year. 

 

Husni is currently holding extensive work sessions with composers to place the finishing touches on his upcoming album. The singer stated that he hopes to complete his new album, titled “Rajie’” (I Will Return), before holding his concerts for New Year’s Eve.

 

Tamer revealed that this year he will be holding his New Year’s concerts in Lebanon, and will be singing new songs that will surely be a big surprise to his audience.

 

Husni is preparing to shoot the scenes for his upcoming film “Amr and Salmi”.

 

Tamer wrote the story of the film, the script was written by Bilal Fadel, and Tamer’s business manager Nasr Mahrous is the producer. Tamer revealed that he is still on the lookout for a director, as well as the right female star.
