Tamer Husni returns
Egyptian singer Tamer Husni is currently preoccupied with holding extensive work sessions with composers and poets to place the final touches on his upcoming album, which he hopes to release in the very near future.
The singer said that he hopes to complete his new album, which is titled “Rajie’” (I Will Return), before he becomes occupied with holding New Year’s Eve concerts.
According to the Qatar based daily, Al Raya, Tamer revealed that this year he will be holding his New Year’s concerts in Lebanon, and will be singing new songs that will surely be a big surprise to his audience.
Husni is currently preparing to shoot the scenes for his upcoming film “Amr and Salmi”. Tamer himself wrote the story of the film and the script will be written by Bilal Fadel. Tamer’s business manager Nasr Mahrous will be producing the new film.
Tamer revealed that he is still on the lookout for a director to direct the work as well as for the right female to star with him.
Recently, Tamer strongly denied recent circulating rumors that he has died after being in a severe car crash. Tamer revealed that he was shocked to hear such rumors and assured everyone that he is currently working on his upcoming album.
Tamer had launched a promotional campaign for his new film “Sidi Al Atifi” (Mr. Sensitive), making special appearances in an attempt to curry the favor of his female fans.
The campaign included appearances with the film’s leading actresses, in addition to a number of performances.
