Lebanese singer Wael Kfoury recently confirmed circulating reports of his engagement during an awards ceremony in Lebanon.
During an interview with the Arab magazine "Al Mawed", Kfoury confirmed the news and explained that he was not wearing his engagement ring on his right hand, customary for men in the Arab world, because he forgot to put it on after washing his hands.
Kfoury’s fiancé is from outside the entertainment world and is still a university student. He only knew her for about a month before the engagement and the wedding date has yet to be announced.
Three years ago Kfoury was engaged to a young woman from a wealthy family, but declined to marry.
