Wafaa Amer says she’s got nothing to do with her sister's potential co-star role

Egyptian actress Wafaa Amer was surprised at the spread of news reports about disputes between her and the producing company of her upcoming television drama "Al Intiqam Al Naem" (Gentle Revenge). According to the gossip, she had demanded her sister, Atin Amer, co-star star in the drama with her.
According to Laha Magazine, Wafaa stated, "I did not nominate my sister Atin for a leading role in the drama, and this is the specialization of the director, producer and producing company." She added, "No one has the right to force their demands as to who stars in a drama aside from the makers of the drama, in addition to the fact that Atin is not in need of me to try and help her get roles for she has proven herself as a talented and very capable actress through the different dramas she has presented and excelled many actresses."
Wafaa added that Atin had received numerous offers on her own righta, but the final decision is still TBD.
The new drama "Al Intiqam Al Naem" written by Fathi Al Jundi has Wafaa playing the role of a nuclear physicist that grew up in the town of Al Saed. Her character works hard to meet goals that have obstacle after obstacle in the way.
