After her debut in the series al Qadar al Mahtoum (Incumbent Destiny) which was aired during last Ramadhan, the Kuwaiti writer Wahaj is embarking on her second TV series Lil Domooa’ Kissah (Tears Have Story) which will be shot in the middle of next month under the direction of Mohammed Daham al Shammari.
Costarring in the series are Mohammed al Mansour, Merriam al Ghadhban, Hasan al Mansour, Ahlam Mohammed from Bahrain, Basem A‘bdel Amir, Saudi singer Sara and Elham.
“Every character in the series has a drama line characterized by courage through shedding light on many problems faced by the gulf society and raised in a way and vision different from the drama raised before,” producer Basem A’bdel Amir told the Kuwaiti daily al Rai al A’m.
He added that he would play a role as an actor in the series and shooting the film would probably take place in a gulf state in addition to selecting Greece or Turkey.
“Sheikh Dua’ij al Khalifa al Sabah will write the introduction and conclusion of the series while the composer Misha’l al Urooj will compose the cadences which will be sung by a known woman’s voice which will come as a surprise,” added A’bdel Amir -- Albawaba.com
