You're fired! Drugs don't work for Ghada Abdel Raziq
All hell broke loose when Ghada Abdel Raziq's temper hit the roof after a tussle with her boss on set. It didn't help that Mohammad Sami, the director of her new TV series “Hekayat Haya” (A Life's Story), had allegedly refused to stop taking a little su'ttin su'ttin to get him through the day.
Unlike the innocent actress, who is high on life, Sami has a problem with drug addiction. Uh oh!
An embarrassing huge row broke out between the two on-shoot, when the drugged-up director accused Ghada of hiring thugs to assault him. Paranoia, you ask? She in turn accused him of using profanities against her and insulting her in front of the whole cast. Talk about drama!
The actress had asked her allegedly doped-up director to quit the pill-popping and the dissing of cast members accompanying. Actors were not taking kindly to delayed shoots brought about by his lack of concentration. Seems like the ballsy brunette isn't the only one to suffer from Sami's abnoxious behavior. According to the Middle East news portal Elaph, Sami's drug-taking habit during filming has caused friction between him and cast members.
As you'd expect, Ghada refused to work with Sami, and, wait for it, she filed a lawsuit against him, requesting blood tests to prove her word against his. More power to you sista!
He even had to pay a large sum to one cast member he had insulted to keep him shtum. Needless to say, a new director is being hired.
Say NO to drugs!
We're gonna have us some energy drinks after reading this one!
