Globitel, the Jordan based leading telecom solutions provider, participated in the Middle East Call Center conference, which was held between May 31-June 1, 2011 in the United Arab Emirates.
Globitel’s participation at this conference, whose events took place at the Crown Plaza Hotel, Dubai, was through its own branded wing, showcasing a number of its leading products and services in call center services and customer care.
It is the fourth time that Globitel partakes in this conference, which was attended by the Customer Care Solutions Director, Mr. Nael Halawa, as well as Globitel’s Regional Manager for Gulf Mr. Yazan Abu Hassan.
Globitel’s wing at the event was visited by a large number of guests, where a specialized team of customer care representatives answered all related questions concerning the company’s products and services.
Such events are part of Globitel’s regular set of activities, as it is part of its strategy to exemplify the importance of building a strong relationship between the customer and the commercial brand name, in addition to strengthening their trust and loyalty to it.
