Injazat Data Systems reaffirmed its dominance in the region’s managed services sector by winning the ‘Managed Service Provider of the Year- Enterprise sector” award at the Network World Middle East (NWME) 2011 Awards held at The Address, Dubai Marina.
The annual NWME Awards recognizes excellence within the region’s networking community. Its vendor awards honor products and services that deliver the best user experience, business efficiency and cost savings. Injazat was named ‘Managed Service Provider of the Year’ based on its comprehensive service portfolio which ranges from helpdesk and workplace support to Service Level Agreement -based managed services for an entire enterprise IT infrastructure. The company was also commended for the flexibility of IT service options for customers.
The distinction is the latest affirmation of the superiority of Injazat’s managed services. “We are honored to be considered part of the region’s managed services elite, and will look to our latest award as further motivation to sustain our excellence in this ICT niche. We thank our partners and clients for their trust and dedicate this win to our team for their remarkable work and outstanding commitment. We aim to take our managed service offerings to the next level this year through the continued support and inspiration of all these people,” said Bala Pandalangat, CEO, Injazat Data Systems.
The Network World Middle East Awards is organized by the regional IT publishing giant CPI, and honour both end-users and vendors for their technology leadership and innovation. “As a result of the challenging economic climate, many IT organizations have started engaging with a managed services model, and in doing so, have access to the best of breed services without worrying about IT. Injazat Data System was recognized by our panel of judges for its breadth of services with properly structured service level agreements,” said Jeevan Thankappan, Senior Editor of Network World Middle East.
