National Arab Motors (Kia Jordan) recently received the Best Digital Marketing Award in a global marketing workshop that brought together the top 52 dealers in the worldwide network of Kia Motors Corporation (KMC). Kia Jordan received the reward following an extensive study conducted by the KMC to gauge the online presence of its dealers.
This accomplishment comes to crown Kia Jordan’s continued efforts to utilize the digital landscape toward reinforcing its brand presence in the Kingdom. The company had recently launched its official page on Facebook, which now serves as an interactive gathering point for Kia fans to follow-up on the company’s latest news and developments. So far, the page has garnered more than 61,000 members within a relatively short period, and was recently used as platform for the highly popular design contest, “Kia in the Eyes of its Fans.”
“It is indeed a great honor for us to receive this international award from Kia Motors Corporation, which comes to acknowledge our extensive efforts to deliver unparalleled products and services to our customers,” commented Kia Jordan’s Chairman Khaled Alayyan. “I would like to take this opportunity to thank our employees for their unwavering loyalty and dedication to the realization of Kia’s objectives, particularly when it comes to reinforcing the presence of the Kia brand in Jordan.”
Kia Jordan’s Vice Chairman Nihad Zacharia explained that the company’s Facebook page has been effective at generating greater interest in the Kia brand, adding: “We are happy to have effectively utilized all available platforms to strengthen our relationship with our customers give a clear edge to our communication strategy. Our prime objective through this endeavor is to provide our customers with a constantly open and interactive communication platform, and this is something we fully intend to maintain and develop.”
Kia Jordan’s Facebook page is a single element in a comprehensive social media strategy formulated by the company. Social media, explains Zacharia, has become an integral element in effective customer service and will be a key focal point in Kia Jordan’s marketing efforts.
