Nancy’s fans request postponement of children’s album

Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram has received requests by fans on
her official page on the internet social network Facebook to postpone the
children’s album she intends on releasing in the very near future. The requests
are based on showing compassion to the children of Syria who are suffering from
the unstable and chaotic conditions in the country.
Nancy’s fans wrote on her page, “We Nancy’s fans have been
supporting her every step of the way throughout her career and the time has
come for her to answer our request for the sake of Syrian children”.
According to the internet website MBC.net, Nancy’s fans also
requested that the singer state her opinion of events in Syria and to state
whether she supports revolutionist and against the brutal treatment of the
citizens or if she supports the government of President Bashar Al Asad.
On her part, Nancy has not commented on any of the requests
made by her fans, but members on her page expect her to make a statement in the
near future.
