Egyptian Culture Minister: I may commit suicide
Egyptian Culture Minister Farouk Hosni slammed the media, saying it is dealing with him as a "cow" awaiting slaughter, referring to attacks by the media after the theft of Van Gogh Poppy Flowers painting frpm a museum in Cairo.
Hosni stressed that this disaster took him to the brink of suicide.
Hosni told the UAE's newspaper The National "The media took its knives to slaughter me."
Since the theft Farouk Hosni became a favorite target for politicians and the media demanding him to resign.
