Some 50 wounded during demonstrations against Israel in Egypt and Jordan
Egyptian protesters demanding the expulsion of the Israeli ambassador clashed with police outside the Israeli embassy in Cairo on Sunday, leaving at least 24 people injured .The police fired dozens of tear gas canisters at the protesters.
The clashes continued sporadically overnight.
Meanwhile, 25 people were wounded during clashes in Jordan titled the "Right of Return" march. Among the wounded 11 members of the Jordanian security forces. The confrontations started after the protesters tried to reach the occupied Palestinian borders.
