Marriott International announces General Manager Special Achievement Award to George Aoun at Kuwait Marriott Hotels

In recognition to his efforts and remarkable contribution to hotel overall service, Marriott International is pleased to announce that George Aoun, cluster general manager for JW Marriott Kuwait Hotel and Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait Hotel has received “General Manager Special Achievement Award”. Marriott International awarded Aoun earlier this year at the company’s 2011 Middles East and Africa Full Service Conference, which was held at Marriott Jordon Hotel.

George Aoun was the recipient of this award because of his record of exemplary performance, leadership, enhanced customer experience through flawless execution guest and associate satisfaction and community service.

Furthermore, the JW Marriott Kuwait Hotel received the “Spirit to serve our Guests” award for achieving great results and going the extra mile to satisfy every customer.

George Aoun comes with a wealth of experience in hospitality industry having previously worked with a number of International Hotel chains in the GCC. With over 35 years experience in the Gulf market and his great support to overall hotel sales, George Aoun deserved the General Manager’s special achievement award for the Middle East and Africa region.
