The Nusra Front claimed the suicide attack in western Aleppo. Immediately following the attack, opposition forces claimed to have stormed the district and seized control of a number of buildings.
“This is the first and bloodiest drone strike on Daesh fighters in the area which has killed quite a big number of militants,” officials reported.

The US carried out two drone strikes against Daesh targets in eastern Afghanistan as the militants prepared an attack on the Taliban.
