‘Sex and the City 2’ Starring Mercedes-Benz
Mercedes-Benz, the world's leading luxury automaker, hosted a fabulous premiere event showcasing the highly anticipated 'Sex and the City 2' at the Metropolis-Empire Sofil Cinema. Mercedes-Benz clients, Beirut's trendsetters, industry executives and media alike attended the first screening of the movie before it hit public theatres in Lebanon. Upon their arrival, attendees were photographed behind a spectacular life size cut-out of the 2010 E-Class Cabriolet and were pleasantly surprised to find their pictures pinned up for their taking when exiting the theatre.
In 'Sex and the City 2', four very different vehicles appear in numerous scenes: the all-new E-Class Cabriolet, the eco-friendly flagship S400 Hybrid Sedan, the ruggedly sophisticated G-Class SUV and the ultra-luxury Maybach sedan. Sex and the City stars Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte are back with their exclusive lifestyle, embarking on adventures in the ultra-luxurious Maybach and Mercedes-Benz G-Class SUV. Mr. Big moves to the new eco-friendly S400 Hybrid, while embracing summer chic with Carrie behind the wheel of their all-new 2011 E-Class Cabriolet.
Mercedes-Benz continues to dazzle its Lebanese clientele and proves its status as the world's leading luxury automaker day by day. The first half of 2010 has already witnessed outstanding innovations, new product releases and spectacular displays in both the Beirut Motor show and the Boat show.
Commenting on the great partnership between Mercedes-Benz and 'Sex and the City 2', Ms. Marie Jose Abed, Marketing Manager of Mercedes-Benz Beirut, said "'Sex and the City 2' was a great opportunity and an even better match. Mercedes-Benz has been committed to fashion for over a decade, establishing itself as an experienced partner of major international fashion platforms around the world, and automobiles continue to be an expression of one's particular lifestyle."
