Marking the launch of its partnership with Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is offering its customers the chance to win 10 Million Etihad Guest Miles during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

Five lucky winners will be selected for a prize of 1 million Etihad Guest Miles each and 50 winners will receive 100,000 Etihad Guest Miles each at a draw to take place in November, 2010. Customers applying for ADIB-Etihad covered cards1 and debit cards before October 30, 2010 as well as new bank Mudarabah account holders (Savings, Ghina, Short Term Investment, and Time deposit) with a minimum balance of AED 10,000 are eligible to win AED 500 and a coupon for the draw.

Existing customers can participate in the promotion by increasing deposits in their Mudarabah based accounts (Savings, Ghina, Short Term Investment, and Time deposits). Each AED 10,000 increase in the overall Mudarabah account on an average month to date balance makes the customer eligible for a ticket for the draw.

Sarvesh Sarup, Head of Retail at ADIB, said: "The ADIB-Etihad partnership enables us to deliver a unique value proposition to our clients. The new promotions express our gratitude to customers who are the foundation of our success. This promotion is even more special as it falls within the Holy Month of Ramadan. ADIB Retail Banking services have been designed to provide exceptional convenience, reliability and value to our customers. We look forward to joining our customers in celebrating the festive Eid holiday season."

ADIB recently partnered with Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, to offer a full suite of co-branded debit and covered cards.
