Agadir hosts Kick Boxing World Championship
The local sports hall in Agadir is currently hosting Wako World Championship, which started on September 19 and will continue until September 24. Organized by Moroccan Federation of Kick Boxing in cooperation with the World Association of Kickboxing Organizations (WAKO), the event will see the participation of 600 athletes coming from 40 countries, including Moroccan stars in kickboxing such as Mustapha Lakhsam, Abderahim El Kandili and Driss El Khallafi. Le Matin reports that the Championship will have various categories, including low-kick and Thai/kickboxing categories.
