A refugee camp in northern Yemen was hit by airstrikes today, killing 45 and wounding 65, Reuters reported.
The intended target was a military installation nearby, but Mazraq refugee camp was hit by the attack, according to humanitarian aid workers.
Saudi Arabia is leading the coalition conducting airstrikes in Yemen to halt the "Houthi aggression" after the rebels claimed the country's capital city, Sanaa.
UN officials and world leaders have warned the Gulf country's deepening crisis could lead to a proxy war between Sunni-led Saudi Arabia and Shiite-ruled Iran, who has harshly criticized the airstrike coalition as foreign aggression by Saudi Arabia.
