Al Fajer Information & Services Joins Hands with Messe Dusseldorf of Germany for 8th Tekno expo
The Dubai-based leading trade exhibition and event organizers, Al Fajer Information & Services today announced joining hands with Messe Dusseldorf GmbH, the Germany-based international trade fair organizer, for the upcoming eighth International Trade Fair for Industrial Machinery, Metalworking and Machine Tools (Tekno 2007) which will be held during January 13-16 2007 at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre (DIEC).
Announcing the partnership after a signing ceremony between senior officials of Al Fajer and Messe Dusseldorf, Mr. Satish Khanna, General Manager of al Fajer Information & Services, said: “We already have a partnership with Messe Dusseldorf for Arabplast. We are indeed delighted to extend this partnership to Tekno too, which will help enhance the value of the show and increase participation from European companies.”
Mr. Khanna further added: “The cooperation with Messe Dusseldorf comes at a time when the regional economies are increasingly focusing on the manufacturing sector as part of business diversification. The expo will bring best-of-the breed equipment and accessories to the region that will interest the growing regional manufacturing industry.”
Tekno is the only specialised and established event of its kind in the Middle East which offers a perfect platform for manufacturing companies to tap the booming Middle East manufacturing industry. Messe Dusseldorf also organizes leading shows like GIFA, Thermoprocess, Wire, Tube, NewCast and METAV, which are globally acknowledged shows. The partnership will also lead to bringing leading companies from these shows to Tekno 2007.
