Amadeus to showcase latest travel technology solutions at ATM 2009
Amadeus, a global leader in technology and distribution solutions for the travel and tourism industry, today announced that it will have a major presence at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) to be held from May 5 – 8, 2009.
The four-day event will see Amadeus roll out an array of products for the travel agencies, airlines and hotel industry. ATM visitors will get an opportunity to see live demos and gain more information on these solutions at the Amadeus stand.

The Middle East is a key strategic region for Amadeus due to the growing profile of the regional travel industry and its future positioning in the worldwide arena. Most recently, Amadeus launched direct operations in Syria and Yemen, bringing technology expertise and global business standards to the two upcoming markets.
In the Middle East region, Amadeus System is installed on more than 11,600 travel agency terminals and eight airlines have chosen Amadeus solution as their own sales and reservation system, including Egypt Air, Etihad Airways, Middle East Airlines, Royal Air Maroc, Qatar Airways and Tunisair.
Amadeus stand will be located in hall no 5, stand number T110 in the technology section.
