Bahrain Financing Company (BFC), the Kingdom's oldest and most recognised money transfer and foreign exchange group, donated over $6,000 U.S dollars to the Bahrain Red Crescent Society, to support the flood victims in Pakistan. The money was collected through the company's Pakistan Relief Fund, set up earlier this year to support ongoing humanitarian assistance to Pakistan. The donation cheque was handed over by Mr. Ebrahim Nonoo, Managing Director and CEO of BFC to Mr. Mubarak Al Hadi, Executive Director of the Bahrain Red Crescent Society.

The Relief Fund is active until the end of the year and is open to BFC customers, employees and anyone who wishes to contribute to this cause. Everyone who wishes to donate can contribute any amount to the fund, at any of BFC's conveniently located shops in Bahrain. At the end of the year, BFC will hand over the accumulated donation to the Bahrain Red Crescent Society to ensure that effective and accountable financial aid reaches those affected.

As the first foreign exchange company established in Bahrain in 1917, BFC specialises in moving money smartly and efficiently with the best rates in the market. With an extensive global reach covering over 100 countries, BFC offers customers unparalleled service, a vast array of innovative retail products and unbeatable exchange rates.
