Blast in Tel Aviv kills three people, Police say it was ''criminal act''

An explosion on Thursday took place in downtown Tel Aviv, killing at least three people. At least 18 people were injured in the explosion. A witness said that the blast took place inside a foreign currency exchange booth. 

Police said the explosion might be linked to "criminal elements" and not to Palestinian groups. Reports said the explosion targeted a well-known Israeli criminal, who survived the attack. (Albawaba.com)
