Woman commits suicide bombing in Turkish city, Bursa

An explosion has left at least one person dead and 10 wounded on Wednesday, April 27, in the northwestern province of Bursa. The blast occurred in the city's central Ulu Cami at around 5.45 p.m. according to Doğan News Agency.
Firefighters and medics were deployed to the scene.
The cause of the blast has yet to be confirmed. The explosion damaged a number of shops in the vicinity.
Some sources claimed the person killed in the blast was a woman while others alleged the person killed was a 25-year-old female suicide bomber.
Turkey has been hit by a series of suicide bombings this year, including two in Istanbul blamed on Daesh and two in the capital Ankara claimed by Kurdish militants.
