Business Support is Just a Phone Call Away
Qtel, the leading telecoms provider in Qatar, announced that its toll-free helpline designed to assist their business customers across the region, is now available 24/7.
The 800-8000 service is a dedicated helpline for Qtel’s business customers offering support around the clock and is part of Qtel’s wider strategy to deliver tailored business solutions to their customers.
The efficiency-driven team manning the helpline is able to resolve technical inquires, assist with billing issues and provide easily-accessible support as and when corporate customers need it. The move to provide a parallel free business service to Qtel’s 111 customer helpline not only ensures strong customer support for corporate clients, it also means that the standard helpline remains easily-accessible for residential customers.
According to Eng. Khalid Abdulla Al-Mansouri, Executive Director of Business Solutions, Qtel’s extended helpline will make customers’ transactions easier and more efficient, and ensures that problems are resolved quickly and effectively.
Al-Mansouri said: “We aim to provide the very highest level of satisfaction and service to our corporate customers. Our enhanced 800-8000 service gives our business customers a dedicated helpline that they can contact all day, every day, where they will be able to speak to support staff that know their business and can deliver quick solutions to whatever communication issue they face.”
The enhancement of the Toll-Free Helpline number and the upgrade to a 24/7 service adds another important tool to Qtel’s wide range of business solutions, as part of the strategy aimed at the development of small and medium businesses in the region.
Al-Mansouri said: “Our business customers are very important to us. Qtel continues to be attentive to the needs of businesses of all sizes, from multi-national to SME’s. Our goal is to continue to provide a personalized service and to be the first to market with products that deliver real and immediate value to our customers.”
