Royal Charity Organisation

Capital Club, Bahrain’s premier private business club as part of its First Anniversary celebrations donated BD 1,000 to the Royal Charity Organisation (RCO), a major charity organisation in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The special donation was a contribution made by Members who attended the celebrations and aimed to extend support specifically to assist the humanitarian programmes and initiatives that the organisation carries out in favour of orphans, widows, the elderly and those with special needs.

Capital Club’s General Manager, Mr. Bill Loveday presented the cheque to Mr. Saeed Hussain AbdulRahman, Asst. Secretary General for Planning and Charity Resources Development, at the Royal Charity Organisation at the offices of RCO in Seef District.

Commenting on the donation Mr. Loveday said: “As a Bahrain-based Club we are proud to extend our support to the Kingdom’s charitable activities as part of our first anniversary celebrations.  We are committed to supporting our local community and our Members appreciate the efforts made by the Royal Charity Organisation led by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa.”
