Residents of the central Libyan city of Sirte claim Daesh militants have executed four members of a rival rebel group following a revolt, Reuters reports.
Daesh displayed the slain bodies on metal gallows.
According to Reuters, a Salafist Muslim group and local residents staged a coup in recent days in an attempt to challenge Daesh's grip on Sirte, located approximately 300 miles east of Tripoli.
Residents said nearly 70 people were killed in the fighting.
