Danube Buildmart showcases latest line of Illumin8 products at Index 2010
Danube Building Materials, a leader in construction, building materials and shop fitting industries, announced its newly formed partnership with Innov8, an up-and-coming player in the home interiors market, during the opening of the Index 2010, the definitive interiors design event for the Middle East, which runs from November 8 to 11, 2010 at the Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai. Under the new strategic partnership, Innov8's latest line of curtains, blinds and accessories is currently being featured at Index 2010 under the banner - 'Illumin8 by Danube Buildmart'. The newly forged partnership highlights Danube Buildmart's strategic thrust to become the premier one-stop-shop for all interior needs in the Middle East region.
Innov8 has maintained a strong market presence in the UAE as a leading manufacturer of curtains and blinds over the last six years and has just recently shifted a larger focus towards the GCC and UK markets over the last two years. The company has also gained a strong share in the UAE market - with a large bulk of its products catering to key development projects of contractors and designers, providing an all-year-round project management solution to its clients. Banking on its steadily growing presence in the UAE and Middle East market, the move to partner with a leading construction and interiors chain like Danube Buildmart, is expected to reinforce both Buildmart and Innov8's presence in the Middle East construction and interior segments.
"Buildmart has slowly built a reputation of being able to provide the strong demands of today's construction and interior materials market. Our understanding of the market trends and shifts have made it possible for us help launch up-and-coming companies like Innov8 into the Middle East market - making their products and services more accessible to a wider audience," said Rizwan Sajan, Chairman, Danube Building Materials. "We are looking forward to implementing a dual approach to servicing the UAE market; going directly to the end user via our different Buildmart showrooms and through showcasing a specific line of products like Illumin8 for various trade exhibitions and projects."
Danube Buildmart is exhibiting the latest line of products under the 'Illumin8 by Danube Buildmart' banner, including the unveiling of its new range of Roman blinds, curtains, panels, and a new collection of verticals, rollers and panel blinds. The company will also launch a brand new point of sale concept for curtains and blinds directed at retails showrooms, allowing customers an easier way to select fabrics and products. Other Danube Buildmart products on display will include Lite Tile, Laminate Flooring and key lighting fixtures.
"We are presenting our latest line of products at Index 2010 and have prepared an attractive display of what we have to offer - with our dedicated staff members on hand to answer any of your queries and needs. Our participation in this year's Index 2010 will allow us to highlight our innovative products, which complements Danube Buildmart's thrust to be fashion-forward but still remain practical," concluded Sajan.
Danube Buildmart builds its strong reputation by providing quality products for the home and commercial use. In addition to the latest Danube BUILDMART in Bahrain, there are a total of 24 global Danube retail facilities, 17 in the UAE, one in Saudi Arabia, two each in Bahrain, Oman and India - with key procurement offices in China and Canada. Since the company diversified into a one-stop shop concept called 'Danube BUILDMART', it has revealed that it is looking at an initial public offering (IPO) listing in Saudi Arabia or the UAE within the next 5 years.
