du is once again organising Mawaed Al Rahman from which to serve Iftar meals to those in need. With generous contribution from its employees – the fourth year running – the company is serving over 70,000 nutritious ready-to-go Iftar meal boxes from distribution points in prime locations in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.

"This year we have decided to invest particularly in the number of Iftar meals with our three distribution points, meaning that we are able to reach out to more people, more efficiently, and ultimately feed as many people as possible this Ramadan. Furthermore, since we recognise that the Holy Month is a time not only for helping our less fortunate brothers and sisters, but also for spending quality time with the family, we have arranged to distribute special ready-to-go Iftar boxes so that people can take their meals home and eat with their families. Its note worthy to mention the eagerness with which our employees too came forward and contributed whatever they could to this initiative," commented Hala Badri, EVP Brand and Communications, du.

This year, starting from the first day of Ramadan right up until the end of the Holy Month, du will serve nutritious Iftar meal boxes that are ready to go from three Mawaed Al Rahman distribution points. These points – located just outside mosques for convenience – can be found by Shaikh Kahlifa Mosque in Abu Dhabi, by Al Qusais, Nad Al Qusais Mosque in Dubai and by Al Fisht Mosque in Sharjah.
