Dubai Properties Group Partners with Regency Properties to Deliver Retail Outlet at Nuzul
Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding, today announced the 8,700-sq ft. retail facility at Nuzul, a dedicated community providing an enhanced lifestyle to the emirate's skilled workforce, has been leased to Regency Properties and Management, part of the Dubai-based Regency Group.
Nuzul is an innovative new community that represents a new generation of staff accommodations and is designed to provide a healthy living, working and leisure environment for skilled labour.
In support of Nuzul's holistic approach to amenities and services, Regency Properties has leased all commercial units in the community and intends to develop a range of retail and service facilities under its brand "Grand", with work beginning immediately on a supermarket and food court. Future facilities will include a dedicated health clinic and community hall.
The community, which currently houses more than 3,000 residents, has been meticulously planned to provide an enhanced quality of life for the region's skilled workers. Nuzul already features dedicated recreation and entertainment areas, including a cricket and basketball field. It also hosts a fully operational mosque.

The community offers business owners an alternative to better accommodate their local workforce.
Dubai Properties Group is currently leasing residential and commercial units at Jumeirah Beach Residence, Shorooq Mirdif, Ghoroob Mirdif, Layan in DUBAILAND, Cordoba Villas, Al Khail Gate, Al Razi Residence, and Office Park at Dubai Internet City.
