Eight People Killed in Building Collapse in Alexandria
At least eight people were killed and 17 others injured when a clothing factory gutted by fire collapsed in the Mediterranean city of Alexandria, reported The Associated Press, quoting police.
The dead included five firefighters and the commander of Alexandria's Fire Brigade.
They were inside the factory investigating the cause of a fire that broke out late Wednesday when the building suddenly collapsed, officials said.
The cause of the fire had not been determined, said the agency - Albawaba.com
