Former U.S. President Predicts More Investment in Saudi Arabia
Speaking in Saudi Arabia, former U.S. President George Bush predicted that an upcoming economic conference would help attract more American investments and capital into the kingdom.
Al-Sharq Al-Awsat daily reports that Bush is in Saudi Arabia to participate in the conference "Achieving Stable Growth Through Globalization," organized by the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the American Harvard University. He said many American business people have been recently sought information regarding investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia. Bush expressed his appreciation to the Saudi Crown Prince, Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz, for warmly welcoming him.
