Gaza Strip: Two killed, five missing foloowing Israeli air strike
Israeli warplanes hit a number of tunnels in the Gaza Strip in response to an alleged rocket attack from the Palestinian territory. The Israeli army said the Tuesday night's raid on the tunnels destroyed the targets.
Palestinian sources reported on Wednesday that two men were killed in this raid. One of the victims was identified as Rizq Muhammed al Masri (28 years old). Five Palestinians were reported missing.
The attack came after two rockets fired by Palestinian activists in the Hamas-run Strip landed in southern Israel. The rockets did not leave any casualties nor did they cause any damage to property.
