Hamas ready to halt attacks
Khaled Mishaal, political bureau chief of Hamas Movement, on Wednesday said that his Movement was prepared to calm down resistance raids in the event Israel reciprocated.
He explained in a statement to Al-Arabia TV network, that Tel Aviv should release all prisoners and end all aggressions within and outside occupied Palestine.
Mishaal described Hamas’ relations with PA chief Mahmoud Abbas and members of the Fatah Movement and the PA as "good." He pointed out that Palestinian national dialogues would continue within and outside Palestine.
Mishaal arrived in Cairo Tuesday night for talks with Egyptian officials on developments in the Palestinian arena.
