International Concepts launches Its Strategic Center for Organizational Performance Improvement
The Amman based company said that the center has already began offering services for various public and private sector organizations in Middle East and North Africa. SCOPI adopts methodologies based on top-notch international best practices in both human performance improvement and organizational excellence fields.
In his comment, SCOPI CEO Nidal Bitar said: “at SCOPI, we look forward to actualizing tangible achievements that could be measured in a professional and practical manner through building partnerships with organizations interested in improving their performance and achieving desired results.”
The services offered by the center includes: deploying organizational excellence standards based on “EFQM Excellence Model” and “RADAR Methodology”, and the Human Performance Improvement model based on the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) methodology.
Bitar added: “the center seeks out problems and identify their roots before choosing the appropriate intervention. This methodology cuts down on high expenses and achieves the highest possible ROI for the organization.”
On the other hand, Bashar Sarayreh, PhD – SCOPI Chief Consulting Officer stressed that the center’s experts adopt EFQM model for Organizational Excellence. The model is employed by excellence awards both regionally and globally. It aims at developing and advancing by applying leadership, people, finances, knowledge and processes criteria, which are positively reflected on the objectives of the financial year and the main performance in organizations operations.
Beside learning and consultancy services, Sarayreh noted that the center will collaborate with regional and international organizations to establish specialized forums and seminars that aim at assisting managers and employees, from virtually all sectors, in reaching the highest possible Organizational Excellence.
