Israel weighing response after Hizbullah attack on military vehicle kills one soldier
One Israeli soldier was killed and another was seriously wounded Monday when an Israeli military bulldozer was hit by an anti-tank missile on the Israeli-Lebanese border.
Following the attack, Hizbullah released a statement saying "the tractor got a direct hit." Hizbullah's Al Manar Television said members of group's military wing, the Islamic Resistance, destroyed an Israeli military vehicle that crossed the border near the Lebanese town of Marouahine.
Israel's Major General Benny Gantz, GOC Northern Command, placed responsibility for Hizbullah's operations on Syria and Lebanon, and said that the people on the other side of the northern border "should be worried."
